Let’s Get Disruptive was founded by Betty Naderi Gabbaie who has over 20 years of marketing experience on both the agency and client side. During this time, she worked with many agencies and outside consultants but was usually left feeling a void and lack of value for what they were being paid for. Not to mention the bait and switch at an agency when they pitch you their A-team, but put the most junior member on your account once they earn your business. Not cool.

Betty knew that clients were frustrated, deserved more and decided to create LGD to offer a solution to this common challenge clients face. Let’s Get Disruptive is not an agency, it is a partnership between our clients built on collaboration and results which are mapped out prior to moving forward.


Founder, CEO

Betty is a marketing, communications, advertising and social media professional with over 20 years of experience helping brands and clients grow their business using traditional and emerging technologies and is teaching a course at UCLA Extension on Advanced Digital and Social Media Strategies.

She has a B.A. from UCLA majoring in Communication Studies and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC. She spent 10 years with Herbalife launching their social media presence and creating online tools to help them expand their business from a $2.5 billion dollar company to a $7 billion one in about 6 years!

She also ran digital marketing and PR for the leading women’s fashion direct selling brand Cabi Clothing for three years where she significantly increased traffic and conversions to all digital platforms and most recently guided, developed and implemented annual marketing plan that resulted in $20 million in sales for a start-up student loan services client in a little over two years through aggressive lead generation campaigns.
